Custom Draft Board Q&A

Q Why does it cost more for a custom board?
A Trust us. This is the deal of the century. If you call Kinko's (FedEx Office), you will find that large-format color posters cost $10/square foot (well over $100 for a typical draft board). We are charging just $47 + shipping for the entire color poster and labels. It ends up being an extra buck/man for the custom feature. We think it is well worth it.

Q Do I get to pick the colors?
No, we pick the colors and try to do the best we can. Allowing every customer to pick colors would make the process unmanageable from a production standpoint.

Q How do I know I am going to like the way it looks? Do I get a proof?
Since this is just a matter of making a board to fit your necessary dimensions and adding a header to it, there really is nothing to proof. If you are not comfortable with this, you might consider one of our off-the-shelf draft kits. Our operation simply is not set up for proofs.

Q What about returns?
Since this is a custom kit, there are no returns. If something gets damaged in transit, we will provide replacement(s) if necessary.

Q How do the custom boards ship?
A FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. You can also get it via Next Day or 2-Day, but these draft boards come rolled in a tube and get quite pricey when it comes to Express. Keep in mind, this is ship time. There is also a production lead time to consider.

Q How much longer does it take for a custom shipment?
A Generally, 2 extra days at a minimum. The busier we get with custom boards, the longer the lead time. Don't wait till the last minute. Do not get a custom board if your draft is tomorrow or the next day without discussing your situation with us.
